Hello everyone! It is time for another challenge at The Craft Garden where our theme this month is a picture. For my card I have used one of the gorgeous La-La Land Crafts stamps (I am obsessed with this stamp range!) and I coloured her with copics. My sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps and I have also used some dies from Magnolia.

Purple Christmas!
Hard to believe but I am now starting to make Christmas cards! Wow, the year has flown by! We are onto another challenge at Hooked On Craft Challenges and our challenge this time is 'Christmas - no red or green'. I have made a card for a friend who loves the colour purple, so I have made a nice purple and blue themed card. My image is one of the gorgeous stamps from La-La Land and she is called 'Christmas Elf Marci'. I have coloured Marci with copics and added lots of glitter and glossy accents. My 'wish list' is a stamp from Whimsy Stamps and I embossed it with pretty purple embossing powder. My corners are also from Whimsy Stamps and I cut them out with glitter paper (can't get enough glitter on my cards!). As always my beautiful flowers and rose buds are from the fabulous Hooked On Craft.
Please join us at Hooked On Craft Challenges for our 'Christmas - no red or green' challenge!

Marci And Her Panda!
Here is a card I have made just for fun! I have used one the gorgoeus stamps from La La Land Crafts called 'big panda Marci' and I have coloured her with copics and I added a touch of spicas for added sparkle. My sentiment is from Cuddly Buddly. I have also used a Martha Stewart border punch (at the sides of my ribbon and my tag), spellbinders, and my Magnolia Doohickey swirl die (oh how I love this die!). I finished my card off with some sparkly dragonflies, butterflies and bling.

Sunny Australian Christmas!
Here is a couple of Christmas cards I made for some friends featuring two very cute stamps from La La Land Crafts; 'sunny Christmas Marci' and 'sunny Christmas Luka'. Here in Australia it is usually hot on Christmas day so when I saw these two 'sunny' looking Christmas stamps I knew I had to get them! I have coloured my stamps in with copics and added some glitter for sparkle (I seem to be using glitter a lot lately; I love glitter!). My circular sentiments are free from Bizzy Becs Store Blog. The design of my two cards is called a 'telescoping card' which is an expanding layered card and I followed a tutorial on Splitcoaststampers. Telescoping cards are so much fun; I made a lot of them this Christmas!

Princess Meets Her Prince!
Here is a stair-style card I have made featuring two of the gorgeous stamps from La-La Land Crafts; Princess Marci and Prince Luka. I just adore La-La Land Crafts stamps, and I must confess, I own a lot of them now! But I just can't resist; they are too cute! I coloured Marci and Luka with copics and added some bling to them (I felt that Luka's crown was calling out for bling!) I cut out the castle and the cute unicorn in the background of my card using my Cricut and 'once upon a princess' cartridge.
Hope you like my card!

Trick Or Treat!
Halloween is coming and I am so excited! I love all the fun spooky things and all the delicious lollies and chocolates! I also love playing with my Halloween stamps. Here is a Halloween side-step card I have made featuring the very cute 'skeleton Luka' from La-La Land Crafts. I have coloured him with copics and added some glossy accents to his treat bag and hat. My halloween haunted house was cut out on my Cricut using my 'mini monsters' cartridge. My spooky lamp post and grave were also cut out on my Cricut and I distressed the edges with Tim Holtz distress ink in 'walnut stain'.

It's Getting Cold Outside!
It is starting to get a bit cooler here in Melbourne, Australia so I thought I would make a winter card! I have used the very sweet 'winter marci' from La-La Land Crafts. I just love these stamps, they are so cute and fun to colour as well. I fear it may not be much longer till I accidently buy all of them...... I have used my new Prismacolour pencils to colour her (only my second go with these pencils, but i'm loving them!). My mesh ribbon, bud and bow ribbon (how awesome is that ribbon? I love it!), tiny bow, flowers, and leaves are all from Hooked On Craft. I thought I would have another go at distressing, so I have distressed the edges of my card with a 'Heidi Swapp edge distresser'. I'm glad I purchased it because it is cheap, easy to use, and it works well!
Stay warm everybody!

Julia The Purple Ballerina!
I have made this card for my friend Julia becuase it is her birthday today! Happy birthday Julia!
My stamp is one from a range of stamps called La-La Land Crafts that I discovered last weekend when I went to a craft show. When I saw them I knew I was going to have to buy heaps of them and by the time I left the craft show I had accidently purchased 6 of them! This sweet little ballerina is called 'Marci Ballerina' and she is just gorgeous. I coloured her with copics and added a row of little pearls in her hair. My friend has lovely long black hair and her favourite colour is purple so I tried to colour the stamp to look like her. My flowers are spritzed with Glimmer Mist in 'timeless lilac', 'creme de rouge' and 'spring rain' (yes, I am obsessed with glimmer mist too and I am too scared to count exactly how many I have purchased....). I also used lace, ribbon, pearls, bling and gorgeous deep purple glitter paper.
Let me know what you think!
