Cupid On A Cloud!

Hello everyone! Today is time for another challenge at Whimsy Stamps and our theme is nice and fun; tic tac toe. Check the Whimsy blog for the tic tac toe board and play along!
For my card I have used the sweet 'cupid on a cloud' by Crissy's Digis. I have also used 'country heart' die and 'heart border' die.
