Dragon Party!

We have another fun challenge at Whimsy Stamps and our theme is 'party time'! For my card I have used the very cute 'dragon party' by Crissy Armstrong and I couloured him with copics. My banner sentiment is from the 'celebrations pennants' set and I cut them out using the matching die. I have also used one of the corner dies.
