Tea Box Card!

Hello everyone! I'm back today to share a tea themed box card I made for my mother. Box cards are fun to make and the best part is they fold up flat for easy postage. To make this card I used my Cricut Explore (love the Explore!) to cut out all the parts. I also added some bling (can't resist bling!).
Hope you like my little creation! Have a great day!

Mr & Mrs Card!

Hello everyone! I found some pictures of a wedding card I made last year so I thought I would share them on my blog. The bride's favorite colour is purple so I made that the colour theme for my card. I used my Cricut to cut out most of the elements of the card. The 'Mr & Mrs', 'I do', and 'forever' are from 'tie the knot' cartridge and the background layered shapes are from 'elegant edges'. I love Cricut! I had a Cricut Expression (in my favourite colour; pink!) for many years and it is now well used. I now have a Cricut Explore and I love that even more! My flowers and leaves are all coloured with Lindy's Stamp Gang sprays (love them so much!).

Doll Journal Swap!

Hello everyone! I've been enjoying watching drawing videos by Ady Almanza. Lately I have been working on drawing, colouring and painting my own big eyed dolls. It's lots of fun to create artwork from scratch! Recently I participated in a round robin journal swap where a group of artists sent journals around the world and we each drew and coloured a big eyed doll for each participant. Here are the dolls I drew;

Cinderella:

Butterfly Princess:

Angel Fairy:

 Rain Fairy:

Flower Princess:

 I have a lot to improve on with my drawings but i'm having lots of fun practising.
Thanks for stopping by and have a lovely day!

My Baby Boy's 1st Birthday!

My baby boy turned 1 in January! I cant believe he is already 1! We had a lovely party for him and he was very spoiled with lots of toys. Today I wanted to share the birthday invitations and some birthday banners I made for him. His name is Noah so the party was Noah's Ark themed. I made these using my Cricut Explore.
For the invitations I put all the party details on the back of the invites and stuck a couple of magnets on the back. The boat and the rainbow are both from 'Noah's ABC animals', the crocodile, lion and bird are from 'create a critter', the monkey and the scroll he is holding are from 'create a critter 2' and the name is the font from 'Kate's ABCs'. I also used the explore to write on the scroll and to write the party details on the back of the invites using the Cricut Explore pen holder from Chomas Creations.

Here is a couple of banners I made as well. The bottom photo banner was fun to make! I picked one photo from each month of his first year to display.
